Catherine Brown

Catherine Brown is a Senior Facilitator that has been building executive leadership programs for more than 20 years, most recently in her role leading Executive Development for Nike. Her previous roles include director of the EY Tech University for Ernst & Young, and VP of Executive Education at Singularity University. Previously, Catherine worked at Google for over a decade where she was a founding member of the Executive Development function, where she launched the first ever development program for women at Google and the first program focused on well-being.

Catherine is passionate about helping leaders navigate complexity and maximize their impact. Her expertise lies in unlocking the greatest potential in every senior leader, through powerful, and sometimes unconventional experiences.

An experienced educator, Catherine holds a master’s from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s from University of California Los Angeles.
